Our client is a well-established A1 main contractor in Singapore with a strong track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Backed by decades of industry experience, the company is known for its strong project governance, safety standards, and long-term project pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, monitoring, and execution in accordance with contract requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities to drive project progress and resolve site issues

• Track subcontractor work progress, prepare weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings

• Review construction drawings, technical details, defects, and variations; assist in processing payments to subcontractors

• Monitor performance against deliverables, milestones, and project goals to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site productivity and workflow

• Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and updates for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum ~5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in building construction projects, preferably with a main contractor

• Experience supporting project delivery within schedule and budget with key stakeholders

• Strong people management and coordination skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Knowledge of construction processes, program scheduling, and project documentation best practices
