Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet targets and fulfill customer orders.
• Analyze production data and make schedule adjustments to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align production plans with customer demand.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production accordingly to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure production meets required standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in production workflows.
• Prepare and present reports on production schedules, inventory status, and key performance metrics for management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Partner with the production team to resolve process issues and minimize delays or quality concerns.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in supply planning or similar roles within manufacturing companies
• Holds a Diploma in Inventory Management or a related discipline
• Acquired hands-on skills through on-the-job training within the company
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with both customers and internal teams
