Job Description
Job Scope
· Planning and organising production schedules.
· Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
· Determining quality control standards.
· Prepare and review internal documentations for management and production staffs.
· Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
· Assessing project and resource requirements.
· Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
· Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
· Proofread company documents before printing and releasing.
· Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions.
· Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
· Stay current on company projects and branding.
Requirements
· At least a Diploma in Production Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.
· Previous experience working in a related industry preferred.
· Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns
· Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labour needed throughout the production process.
· Proficiency in quality control and production costing.
· Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
