Global FMCG company is looking for a passionate and analytical Assistant Product Manager (Skin Care products) to support the planning, execution, and management of regional product strategies across Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and other key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of regional product strategies for assigned categories.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to new product pipeline development, including concept creation, go-to-market planning, and post-launch performance tracking.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Support packaging design, product testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with regional regulations and certifications.
• Work with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to align product positioning, key messages, and launch objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within FMCG, Skincare, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with market research tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
