Job Summary

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports operational excellence by coordinating shifts, managing staff, overseeing bar inventory, and enhancing guest relations to drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outlet operations during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth service delivery
• Liaise with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and verify quality and quantity of items received
• Operate the POS system to process transactions and generate accurate sales reports in compliance with company policies
• Manage and supervise staff performance to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
• Recruit and train new staff to build a competent and motivated team
• Monitor bar inventory levels, initiate timely replenishments to maintain sufficient stock for service demands
• Prepare beverages and cocktails accurately according to customer orders to ensure quality and consistency
• Welcome and engage customers to create a positive first impression and enhance guest experience
• Organize table reservations efficiently to optimize seating and customer flow
• Advise customers on menu and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
• Address and resolve customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support outlet operations and business goals
