Job Description:

• Approving rosters to ensure sufficient manpower is scheduled on each shift.
• Ensure all supervisor coaching are done.
• Proper maintenance checks for Reception counters daily.
• Handling of performance appraisals for department.
• Management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals monthly.
• Responsible for supporting / facilitating day-to-day operations.

Requirement:

• At least 1 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
