Job description

·Manage and close online sales on web shop, Shopee, Lazada etc;

·Manage and close offline sales to clinics and salons;

·Handle customer queries via phone calls, Whatsapp and respond to Google reviews;

·Provide administrative support to overseas shipments;

·Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

·At least 2 years of relevant experience;

·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

·Good organizational and time management skills, attention to details;

·Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

·Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies; and

·Familiarity with social media, design software and customer relationship management an added advantage.
