Assistant Manager
Contract: 1-Year Contract (Immediate)
Start Date: March 2026
End Date: March 2027
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(1-hour lunch break)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to provide administrative and operational support for projects and programmes within a dynamic medical education environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising processes, coordinating activities, and supporting impactful initiatives while working closely with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for medical school initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate and manage clinical training schedules and respond to stakeholder enquiries.
- Support Faculty Development initiatives, including verification of Faculty Development (FD) claims and maintaining accurate records.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and activities, including preparing agendas, organising materials, and taking/distributing meeting minutes.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or education sector would be an advantage.
