Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service point operations and ensure patient-friendly facilities.
• Recruit, train, appraise, and manage non-nursing staff.
• Implement process improvements and innovative services.
• Manage financial targets, budgeting, and business planning.
• Facilitate communication and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary
• At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
