Job Summary

Assist in managing funding and compliance for post-graduate medical education, supporting manpower projections, and performing administrative duties to ensure accurate financial and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Calculate funding requirements for post-graduate medical education to support budgeting accuracy
• Reconcile funds disbursement by manipulating large Excel datasets to ensure financial accuracy
• Verify supporting documents for residency funding to ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Support specialist manpower projections by gathering and analyzing relevant data to inform planning
• Perform general administrative tasks and complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related fields
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reconciliation
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
• Good writing skills to prepare clear and accurate documentation
