We are looking for a candidate to support capability development initiatives through L&D operations, systems management, learning analytics, and process automation.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $6,500/month

Responsibilities

• Support capability development initiatives and provide secretariat support for internal learning and development systems
• Assist in the management of training budgets and funding administration
• Manage and maintain L&D systems, including learner records and programme operations
• Support learning analytics and dashboard reporting to track training effectiveness
• Drive automation and knowledge-sharing initiatives, including the integration of AI tools and coordination of sharing sessions
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong budget management and data analytics skills (Tableau preferred)
• Experience with learning management systems (Workday, LEARN)
• Competency framework development experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, project management capabilities
• Experience in designing learning interventions and facilitating group discussions.
