Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager & Operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of store
• Manage and lead a team of nail technician and customer service officer
• Responsible for achieveing optimal sales
• Oversees outlet stocks inventory and control
• Provide professional services in manicure, pedicure including nail art, gel acrylic, cuticle removal, shaping, massage, etc.
• Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
• Build and establish good rapport with customers.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year in nail & beauty service industry
• well-groomed
• Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, agressive, sales-driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated
• Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff
• Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• Able to work in a fast-paces environment
