We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with proven event management experience to support the planning and execution of concerts and large-scale events. The role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•              Plan, coordinate, and execute concert and event operations from pre-production to post-event

•              Conduct hotel research, negotiation, and booking for crew and VIPs

•              Arrange air travel, ground transportation, and logistics coordination

•              Handle visa applications and travel documentation for the touring crew

•              Manage manpower planning, including staffing requirements and on-site coordination

•              Liaise with vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services

•              Monitor budgets, quotations, and cost control where required

•              Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting during events

•              Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documents

Requirements:

•              Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, preferably in concerts or live entertainment

•              Strong organizational and multitasking skills

•              Experience in travel logistics (hotel, flights, transport, visa arrangements) is essential

•              Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

•              Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for work

•              Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders

•              Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

•              Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Mandarin speaking

crew from the region

Additional Information:

•              Candidates should be adaptable, resourceful, and able to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

•              Prior experience handling artiste or tour logistics will be an advantage
