Role Duties:

• Create and design custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate events, etc.
• Assemble bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral products with attention to color, shape, and style.
• Work with fresh flowers, dried flowers, and plants to produce aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Maintain an inventory of flowers, plants, vases, ribbons, and other floral supplies.
• Order new stock and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items.
• Properly store and handle flowers to maintain freshness, following proper care procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and floral supplies in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, and payments.

Candidate profile:

• Previous experience in floral design, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities.
• Good attention to detail and a sense of color and design.
• Ability to work with flowers and plants, including handling thorns, stems, and arranging delicate blooms.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy seasons.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy buckets or flower arrangements, and handle sharp tools (e.g., floral shears, knives).
• You must be comfortable with working on weekends.
