📍 Outram
💰 Salary: Up to $5,000
🕒 Mon–Fri: 8.00am – 5.30pm | Alternate Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and service delivery
• Ensure service standards, KPIs, and contractual requirements are met
• Manage manpower planning, training, and staff performance
• Liaise with clients and handle operational issues promptly
• Drive process improvements, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Management or related discipline
• Min. 2 years of management experience in Healthcare or Hospitality (Hotel) environment
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding operational environment
