 ASSISTANT FACILITIES MANAGER

Requirements:

·                    Diploma inBuilding / Facility Management

·                    Conversant with the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act

·                    Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in building services/facilities management in the capacity of a managing agent (MA) for strata titled buildings

·                    Fire Safety Manager certification for commercial building

·                    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

Responsibilities:

·                    Lead a team of executives and technicians in the management, maintenance & Capex works of completed residential & commercial buildings

·                    Assist with tenant’s complaints and defect works

·                    Assist Senior Manager in preparing yearly expenditure budget for the strata titled buildings
