Job Responsibilities

1.     Assist in preparing project schedules, reports and project documentation.

2.     Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).

3.     Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and project documentation.

4.     Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

5.     Attend project meetings and technical discussions with senior staff.

6.     Monitor site progress and report any issues to the Project Engineer.

7.     Ensure compliance with company quality standards and workplace safety requirements.

8.     Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

1.     Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.

2.     Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3.     Candidates with 1–2 years of ACMV experience will have an advantage.

4.     Basic knowledge of ACMV systems.

5.     Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

6.     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7.     Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8.     Willing to learn and develop a career in the ACMV construction industry.

9.     Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
