Job Description

About the Role:

  • Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, ELV systems) for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

  • Manage electrical works across project lifecycle—from tendering and contractor coordination to site supervision and handover.

  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building electrical systems to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.

  • Ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory standards (e.g., local codes, safety regulations) and conduct periodic inspections/audits.

  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, property managers, and authorities for electrical works, upgrades, and issue resolution.

About You:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical projects and maintenance, preferably within real estate, property management, or construction environments.
