Company Overview

Progressive Builders Pte Ltd is an A1 construction company specializing in public housing, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects in Singapore. The company focuses on project management, general building construction, and fast-track design and build services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Assistant Customer Relations Officer to support resident engagement and project administration. You will assist in handling residents' enquiries, coordinating maintenance works, managing feedback, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to residents' enquiries to provide clear information on project matters
  • Record, track, and follow up on residents' feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with site teams and contractors to schedule and monitor maintenance and rectification works within residents' flats
  • Maintain and update detailed records of complaints and maintenance status for project tracking
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with residents through professional and courteous communication
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to facilitate daily project operations and documentation
  • Prepare documents, reports, and notices to support project communication and compliance
  • Attend construction working committee meetings and provide necessary administrative assistance
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to support project needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in customer service, customer relations, administrative, or coordination roles (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and team members
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant personality with a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in HDB HIP projects or the construction industry is an advantage

Other Information

  • Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week or alternate full Saturdays
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates
