We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Assistant Cook to support the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness. The successful candidate will ensure food is prepared according to company standards while following food safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food.
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting and portioning.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and workstations.
• Wash kitchen utensils and cooking equipment when required.
• Receive and store food supplies properly.
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
