Responsibilities

• Front all contract matters with client (LTA) and subcontractors

• Manage variation orders (VO), EOT claims, and contractual submissions

• Prepare and issue contractual notices, letters, and correspondence

• Support project teams on contractual, cost, and risk-related issues

• Track and follow up on variation claims, certifications, and approvals

• Handle subcontractor claims, variations, and negotiations

• Support final account preparation and settlement

• Maintain contract documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Civil Engineering or related

• 5–10 years’ experience with a main contractor

• Hands-on experience in VO, EOT, claims, and contract administration

• Experience on construction / infrastructure / LTA projects preferred

• Confident liaising directly with clients and subcontractors

• Able to work independently on-site and manage contract issues proactively
