About this role :

Support the Contracts Department in overseeing the contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects.

This role ensures compliance with contract terms, protects the company’s contractual interests, and assists in managing claims, variations, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities :

• Review and administer contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Support the preparation and submission of variation orders, progress claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

• Monitor contractual obligations and identify potential risks to safeguard the company’s commercial interests.

• Provide contractual advice and support to project managers and site teams.

• Assist in resolving contract-related issues, disputes, and claims with clients or subcontractors.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for contract administration and project correspondences.

• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract implementation.

Your Requirements :

• At least Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts or commercial roles within the construction industry.

• Prior experience with main contractors is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims management, and variation administration.

• Good understanding of contractual regulations and compliance requirements.
