For Assistant Contract Logistics Manager, it is not a pure warehouse operations role. The role focuses mainly on contract logistics solution design, customer requirement analysis, RFQ support, proposal preparation, and new business implementation, while also overseeing warehouse operations to ensure the proposed solutions are practical and executable.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the P&L Head and Sales team in customer visits, RFQ review, solution discussion, and proposal preparation.
- Understand customer logistics requirements, including storage, inbound / outbound flow, inventory control, value-added services, transportation, reporting, and service expectations.
- Assist in designing practical contract logistics solutions, including warehouse layout, process flow, manpower planning, equipment needs, storage method, and implementation plan.
- Provide operational input for quotation and cost assumptions, including manpower, space, equipment, transportation, system support, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse operations, vendors, and transport providers to validate solution feasibility.
- Support new customer implementation, including SOP preparation, timeline coordination, system / process setup, testing, training, and go-live follow-up.
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure daily activities follow SOP, customer requirements, safety standards, and agreed service levels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, KPI performance, service issues, and operational improvement actions.
- Identify improvement opportunities for existing customers to enhance service quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL, distribution, supply chain, freight forwarding, or related logistics environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, manpower planning, space utilization, and transportation coordination.
- Experience in RFQ support, customer proposal, warehouse layout planning, solution design, implementation, or business development support will be an advantage.
- Able to translate customer requirements into practical logistics solutions.
- Basic understanding of contract logistics cost components, such as manpower, storage, equipment, transportation, system support, and value-added services.
- Familiar with WMS / ERP / inventory systems; good Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of customs, import/export, bonded warehouse, BOI, DG, or regulated cargo handling will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai.
- Analytical, hands-on, customer-oriented, and willing to work with Sales, Operations, vendors, customers, and management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Has solid warehouse / contract logistics operations knowledge, but is interested in growing into solution design and business development support.
- Comfortable joining customer discussions, supporting RFQs, preparing logistics solutions, and implementing new business.
- Not limited to routine warehouse supervision or daily operations management.
