Locations available: West side polyclinics OR Kent Ridge

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.

• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to enhance care delivery and service excellence.

• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory control, and facility operations.

• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow enhancements, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years’ clinic operations experience. Experience in managing healthcare frontline staff in any clinic/hospital setting will be a strong advantage
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week in west side polyclinics
