Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Site Engineers in daily site operations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Assist in site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery deployment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 4,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
