Who are we looking for?

The incumbent for this position will perform receiving, in-process and outgoing inspection as well as analyze results using statistical techniques for any trend violation.

What will you be doing?

• Perform acceptance test on receiving material, in- process intermediates and Finished Goods
• Analyzing customer RTV/in house retain samples to support customer complaints investigation and or process troubleshooting
• Support QC measurements for engineering studies, product scale up and Technology transfer
• Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality to production engineering
• Issue Production Batch Ticket to production via JDE ARS system
• Advise on rework procedure to Production
• Conduct Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
• Conduct periodic Measurement System Analysis
• Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Lab equipment
• Generate monthly SPC report for customers
• Generate COA (LIMS)
• Generate Monthly scrap report
• Internal Auditor for Management system (QMS/EMS/OHSAS)
• Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.
• Able to perform overtime when required

Who are You?

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry with 1-2 years experience.
• Preferably worked in a chemistry lab environment, familiar with processing chemical samples.
• Ability to operate analytical instruments with minimal supervision.
• Able to perform overtime when required.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
