Job Summary

You will support the smooth daily operations of the training centre, assist learners and trainers, manage customer service interactions, and contribute to team projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily training centre operations to ensure seamless functionality
• Coordinate classroom setups, schedules, and training logistics to prepare rooms for classes and workshops
• Organise and maintain accurate records, documents, and administrative tasks for efficient centre management
• Provide approachable support to learners and trainers by addressing enquiries and assisting with course registrations
• Schedule trainers and arrange classrooms to facilitate smooth class and assessment delivery
• Foster a welcoming and positive learning environment to enhance learner engagement
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high customer service standards
• Support events, activities, and learner engagement initiatives to promote active participation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational projects and process improvements
• Contribute ideas and take on new responsibilities to enhance centre operations and team effectiveness
