Job Scope:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Small Domestic Appliances market

• Drive sales growth through distributors, retailers, e-commerce, and channel partners

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, campaigns, and operational planning

• Manage pricing, promotions, forecasting, and performance reporting

• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure excellent customer support

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing, or related field

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in business development / sales / key account management from consumer electronics or small domestic appliances industry

• Strong knowledge of retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels

• Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Analytical and results-driven mindset

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

• Able to commence work immediately or with short notice is advantageous
