Key Responsibilities:

· Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

· Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.

· Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

· Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

· Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).

· Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.

· Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.

· Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.

· Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.

· Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

· Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

· At least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.

· Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

· Strong drive to stay updated with the latest BIM developments and a commitment to continual improvement.

· Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.

· Capacity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good leadership abilities, with a track record of effective team management.

· Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
