Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Project Manager and/or Management on all project-related matters.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with project requirements.

• Be deployed to construction sites as required to supervise, coordinate, and monitor site activities.

• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.

• Assist in project scheduling, work sequencing, and manpower planning.

• Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Prepare and submit project documentation, progress reports, and site records.

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required.

• Assist in identifying site issues and propose solutions to minimise delays and risks.

Requirements (Summary):

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.

• Willing to work on construction sites and in a dynamic project environment.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in Building Management System (BMS) or M&E projects will be an advantage.
