Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily machine assembly work
• Lead and guide assembly technicians
• Ensure machines are assembled according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor work quality, efficiency, and safety
• Support troubleshooting during assembly process
• Coordinate with engineers and production team
• Ensure work is completed on schedule

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of working experience in machine or automation assembly
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible and hands-on attitude
• Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
• Singaporean and PR candidates are preferred
