Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Translation & Communication: Use English as the working language to handle translation of business documents, emails, and meetings, ensuring accurate and smooth cross-departmental and cross-border communication.

2. Meeting & Administrative Support: Participate in business meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in drafting business correspondence, notices, and daily administrative documents.

3. Scheduling & Travel Management: Manage and coordinate schedules of relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities and meetings.

4. Operational Support: Support the operations team in handling daily cross-border business matters and provide administrative assistance.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of using English as a working language and handling business-level translation. Indonesian language is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in English, Translation, or Business-related fields preferred. Graduates from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies or Guangxi University for Nationalities are a plus.

- Soft Skills: Fast learner, strong communication and coordination skills, and able to work under pressure.

- Working Ability: Strong adaptability to business and industry context, detail-oriented, and excellent written communication and business writing skills.
