Job Summary:

Lead Pang Pang Kopi outlet management to ensure brand profitability and operational efficiency across multiple units, driving business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with marketing and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple outlet operations to achieve profitability and operational excellence aligned with brand standards
• Develop and implement targets, KPIs, policies, and procedures to drive consistent business performance and compliance
• Monitor and control cost of goods sold (COGS), sales, and labor costs to meet financial objectives
• Formulate new and seasonal products to enhance the brand’s market offering and customer appeal
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement and sales
• Conduct proactive market surveys to identify competitive trends and opportunities for business advantage
• Plan and oversee store openings and renovations to ensure timely and quality execution aligned with brand image
• Motivate and lead staff to achieve individual and team KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning at all levels
• Compile sales and operational data to prepare reports for senior management, supporting informed decision-making
• Execute other ad hoc duties assigned by higher management to support organizational goals
