Job Description
- Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
- Liaise with QS to monitor work schedules and claims or VOs
- Study technical drawings and highlight on-site discrepancies with resolution
- Coordinate with subcontractors based on shop drawings and project schedule
- Providing reports and activity updates to management
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping
- Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality
- Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of construction experience in Singapore
- Revit (Optional)
