Responsiblities

1. Reporting to the Project Associate/Director on all matters pertaining to design, technical & building code issues

2. Assists the Project Associate/Architect to execute the overall design and management strategy within the Project Team (Design and Project Management) and assists to maintain the Project Quality Plan File ( ISO 9002 )

3. Assists the Project Associate in all coordination works, provides leadership and co-ordinates the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives

4. Maintains regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team

5. Maintains the overall project time-line by closely monitoring the Team’s output and making regular assessment of progress in meeting declared objectives

6. May assist to chair Client/Consultants Meetings and Technical Coordination Meetings.

7. Assists the Project Associate/Architect on Conceptual & Detail Design Development

8. CAD or Manual Drafting of Sketch Drawings.

9. Understanding & Applying Building Regulations

10. Directing the Technical Officer on Compliance with Planning and Building Regulation.

11. Directing the Technical Officer on the Preparation & Submission of Forms, Plans and Information required by Authorities for Approval & TOP/CSC.

12. Liaising with Consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.

13. Conducting Site Inspections on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.

14. Directing the Architectural Co-ordinators in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings.

15. Preparing drafts of Material specifications and schedule of finishes.
