This role provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals while gaining valuable experience in major construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage architectural work schedule, materials, cost, and documentation
• Review architectural drawings and highlight any mismatch between M&E, structural, and client’s plans
• Supervise site work and ensure quality meets the required standards
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Prepare reports and handle related site matters
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Architectural, Building Engineering
• Min 2 years exp in similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
• Possessed own transportation (advantage)
