Job Description & Requirements

• Develop & produce comprehensive building maintenance proposals using gondola systems by studying architectural layout plans, elevations etc, and based on client's requirements
• Prepare technical drawings/ construction drawings/ detailed drawing
• Prepare as-built drawings for submission
• Accurately operate and maintain the drawing and documentation libraries
• Attend site meetings
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, clients, consultants, and vendors
• Collate daily job requests across all sites, and plan daily job deployment
• Perform other administrative & operational duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellence in 2D & 3D AutoCad
• Proficient in computer skills with good knowledge of reading elevation details, section details, using photoshop & freehand
• Knowledge on 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit, and rendering of projects will be an advantage
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
• Mature and independent with good working attitude
• Self-starter, able to multitask, and meet deadlines
• Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
