Job Summary

You will assist the Project Architect in managing architectural projects by applying your technical knowledge and software skills to ensure compliance and effective communication throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect in coordinating and managing architectural projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Apply knowledge of local building codes to review project plans and ensure technical compliance.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to create, modify, and present architectural drawings and 3D models for project development.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
• Independently manage assigned tasks with confidence to support project goals and deliverables

Required competencies and certifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Architecture

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong command of AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Familiarity with local building codes and technical compliance
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
