Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

To be company representative and liaise with the clients, consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the project effectively.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A)Specific :

• Responsible for preparing technical drawings to be used in construction plans. Create visual guidelines for construction purposes. Draft technical details. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures
• Responsible on the design development of project
• Interpret architectural and sketches into detailed drawings for various stage
• Develop, prepare construction, detailed and as-built drawing using AutoCAD/BIM
• Prepare shop drawing, as-build drawings & details for submission
• Work with engineers and consultants to oversee design of projects.
• Create schedules, inspect all architectural works carried out at site and also to ensure that projects comply with regulations, which include revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction, high quality architectural works and timely handover of projects.
• Supervise a team of workers, sub-contractors to ensure safety and compliance of work on site.

(B)General :

• Maintain proper document and filing of drawing according to requirement of ISO standard.
• Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors.
• Updating of Approving Designs from Clients/Main Contractor
• Liaise with maincons, subcon and suppliers for coordination and technical details
• Other duties as assigned such as involving on the tender submission preparation

(C)Safety:

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Ability to work well under pressure and independently as well as efficiently and responsibility.
• Team player.
• Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills.
• PC literate (MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, BIM).

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in related field.
