• Position Title: Architectural Manager
• Working Location: West – Beauty World
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 13,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, project team members, and subcontractors to ensure all technical aspects are followed up diligently
• Organize trades schedules and coordinate architectural tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics
• Ensure architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements are submitted on time according to the project timeline
• Plan and oversee site activities, collaborating closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to guarantee effective execution
• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to verify adherence to the approved designs, specifications, and smooth progression
• Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the targeted schedule for timely and efficient completion
• Verify that all works meet specified requirements, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, quality standards, and government regulations, including maintainability.
• Handle additional ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by management
• Responsible to ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans

• Min. Diploma in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA
• Min. 5 years’ relevant experience as Architectural Manager in large scale projects
• Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage or projects of similar scale and complexity
• Preferably have project experience with underpass links/shopping mall/bus interchanges
