We Are Hiring: Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural related works, including technical and site works.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and getting approval for Shop-drawings/material samples/Method of Statements timely & correctively from relevant consultants and authorities according to code& practices, specifications, drawings, and etc

• Trade demos/sample units and architectural site works inspection and clearance

• Coordinating various sub-cons and suppliers to ensure quality control

• Coordinating with M&E, Structural, Landscape to clear all technical issues in advance to avoid any delay of site works

• Preparing as-built drawings, final authorities submission, CONQUAS related, and etc to clear final Authorities inspection and compliances.

• Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/ Degree in Building and Architectural or its equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Construction Industry
