Roles & Responsibilities

Site Management & Safety

• Lead daily site routines (meetings, safety exercises, housekeeping).
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain daily site activity records.
• Attend WSHC and client/consultant meetings.

Technical & Administrative Coordination

• Coordinate all drawing, sample, and submission workflows between consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Check and coordinate shop drawings.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

Documentation & Reporting

• Submit daily progress and safety reports.
• Manage the RFI/RFA/RFM process with the Architect and Interior Designer.
• Handle submissions and inspections with internal authorities (e.g., CoreTrade, CONQUAS).

Additional Duties

• Perform quantity take-offs for architectural works.
• Liaise with Building Management for AEI works.
• Undertake night duty as required
