Position: Architectural Assistant / Architectural CADDesigner (Design & Build Projects)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Architectural Assistant / CAD Designer to support ourdesign and project teams in preparing, updating, and coordinating architecturaldrawings for ongoing projects.

This role is highly hands-on and suited for someone who isdetail-oriented, responsive, and able to translate design intent into clear,accurate technical drawings for both submission and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
• Assist in design development and coordination with internal team
• Amend drawings based on site conditions, client requirements, and authority comments
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, M&E) where required
• Prepare drawings for submission (if applicable) and construction
• Maintain proper drawing records and version control
• Support project team with ad-hoc design and documentation tasks

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD (required)
• Familiar with residential (landed / renovation) drawings preferred
• Knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with good coordination skills

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with SketchUp / 3D visualization
