Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an Architectural Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in architectural and urban design projects, from initial design concepts to construction and project completion. Recent graduates, who seek to develop high standard of design and professionalism, are welcome to apply.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design.
• Carry out design development of projects, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Ensure design compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with, and incorporate inputs from, Engineers and Specialists.
• Develop tender drawings and specification.
• Assist Team Lead with tender process and contract administration.
• Conducting periodic on-site construction supervision to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Assisting the management in business development and preparing feasibility studies.

Requirements

• Relevant degree recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting softwares, including Revit and AutoCAD, etc.
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence for architectural application is a plus.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel for overseas projects.

Compensation
SGD 3,800 - 4,500 / month (commensurate with experience), plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

1 WFH day per week (after probation)
