Job Summary

You will lead the planning and execution of landscaping work programmes, driving continuous performance improvements through risk assessment and proactive client engagement. You will ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and oversee quality control via inspections and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed work programmes, continuously assessing progress to meet client expectations and contractual requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and manage identified risks to ensure safe and effective landscaping operations
• Perform regular inspections to verify compliance with Service Level Agreements and quality standards
• Manage contract administration by receiving, evaluating, and responding to directions from clients or appointed consultants promptly
• Collaborate with clients, their representatives, and consultants during joint site inspections to identify defects and ensure timely resolution of shortcomings
• Conduct Visual Tree Assessments on property trees to evaluate health and maintenance needs
• Supervise and oversee all landscaping activities within the designated work area to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with internal officers regarding work arrangements, site inspections, meetings, and complaint resolution to maintain smooth operations
