Job Scope:
a. Planning and executing tasks and activities with outsourced IT specialists and vendors;
b. Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder involvement (e.g. business owners, GovTech etc.) in activities such as discussion, system testing etc.;
c. Monitoring and providing timely status reports on various upgrade and migration activities

Requirements:
1. Education in Computer Science or other related disciplines;
2. At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in IT;
3. Demonstrated experience in programming languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or any other major application programming language;
4. Knowledge and experience in source code refactoring, application frameworks (Spring, Hibernate etc.), application testing, hyper-scalers (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS etc.) and Singapore Government projects would be considered advantageous;
5. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are essential qualifications for this position;
6. Applicants must be a committed team player, possess an independent problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to find innovative and 'out of the box' solutions to problems.
