Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and maintain insurance CRM applications, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server, database operations, and data analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring application stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution for business users across operations, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for insurance CRM systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, including data issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports.
- Investigate application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes.
- Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation for business and regulatory reporting.
- Work closely with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams for bug fixes, patches, and system enhancements.
- Assist with application releases, patches, and upgrades, including pre‑ and post‑deployment validation.
- Maintain system documentation, support runbooks, and incident records.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements, especially in an insurance environment.
