Application Developer – (Java/ Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role)

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and high-performing applications for mission-critical systems. You will play a key role in solution design, application development, troubleshooting, and delivery across AWS and on-premises environments.

Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based and web applications.
• Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Support application build, deployment, testing, and release activities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in Java technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Batch), Tomcat, Oracle 19c, React JS, ServiceNow, and AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Information Systems/ Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical applications within financial services, payments, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot/Spring Batch), React JS or Angular JS, Oracle, and AWS services.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based application support.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Tomcat, ServiceNow, and AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, and CloudWatch is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Possess AWS Cloud Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or Developer Associate) is advantageous.
