We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to support business operations, reporting, research, and strategic decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, support business initiatives, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial/business planning activities.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Support project execution and ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Assist in developing business strategies and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business related areas.
• 1–5 years of relevant analytical or business support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Team player with good stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial analysis, operations analysis, or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with Singapore market practices and regulations.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
