Job Description:

• Business Development: Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and industry leads.
• Sales & Quotations: Prepare and submit, competitive air freight quotations, proposals, and tender bids.
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to secure repeat business.
• Operational Coordination: Work with internal operations, customer service, and, logistics teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Reporting: Prepare, and, submit, regular, sales, reports, and, market analysis, to management.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 1–4 years in freight forwarding, specifically air freight.     
Skills: Strong understanding of incoterms, international shipping, and, logistics processes.
Education: Diploma or higher in Logistics, Business, or related field.
Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and, customer service skills.
